WORK YOUR MIND & BODY – MONDAY & TUESDAY MORNINGS & WEDNESDAY EVENINGS
Work Your Mind & Body – 1 is an adult fitness class for the over 50’s which takes place every MONDAY MORNING from 10.15am to 11.15am. If you would like to join the class just turn up. You will be very welcome. Work Your Mind & Body – 2 is every TUESDAY MORNING from 10.15am to 11.15am and Work Your Mind & Body – 3 is every WEDNESDAY EVENING 7.30pm to 8.30pm __________________________________________________________________
CHAIRBASED EXERCISE CLASS THURSDAY MORNINGS 10.30am to 11.30am
Chairbased Exercise Class is a safe, seated exercise suitable for all. It helps with strength, flexibility and mobility. ___________________________________________________________________ SUNDOWN LINE DANCING MONDAY AFTERNOONS – 1.30pm to 3.00pm £4.00 per session
